Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Eh, I am done. Going to cancel now. I will rather double pay this month for another ISP than deal with this.
 
CrystalWeb instructed Internet Solutions to drop the CW IPC pipe allocation to the min amount allowed. This is all CW's doing.

But the new network is not working the last 2 days I have 50 % packet loos

But the network showed multiple network problems the last 2 days

But no notifications was published
 
Currently getting 550Kbps on a 40vdsl line. Crystal Web helpline just ringing and the automatically cuts off after 5min25seconds.
 
What an absolutely incompetent ISP.

My pings to EU servers are 60ms WORSE on this new piece of **** EVO network.

Goddamnit I cannot wait to leave this ISP. Went from being an incredible customer focused ISP to just another run of the mill ISP.

Guess there goes passable gaming till I can switch.

Teething problems happen, question is, how fast can normal service be restored.

An Incident Update Has Been Posted
The problem has been isolated by engineers. A hardware fault has been identified by upstream engineers at EvoNet. A secondary device from spares stores is en-route for installation. Estimated Time To Resolution (ETTR) is 6 hours. During this time some traffic will experience packet loss and increased latency.
 
Moved to VOX mid March and my experience has been smooth since. Not a single day of high latency.
 
Correct me if I am wrong, but there is a rep (multiple?) on MyBroadband for Crystal Web. It's just not active.
I think so yes, so why are they not active? Whose decision is that? Shaun? Crystal Web Management.. i just dont get it. If the issues were between MyBB and Shaun, why has this line of communication stopped.

It isn't stopped by MyBB, it's just inactive from CW's side.
