Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Very depressing. Also been with crystal web for a long time and last couple of days seems everything has been ****ty
 
Same issues here. Buffer buffer buffer buffer. Having to switch to 3G on my phone to post this. :mad:
 
Int back to the crapper. Switched to see for myself and yeah, 400 ping to NA when I'm sitting at 260 with WA. Glad the family are finally going along with my cancel talk, enough is enough.
 
3 months ago I was 50/50 about cancelling hoping I was not making a mistake and the problems would only be temporary. Nothing change. They were the best ISP I had for a long time. Good luck to those of you who have the loyalty to stick around. More patience than I have.
 
I've also been holding out hope the last couple of months that things would improve, but it looks like it isn't going to happen. I think they have also just given up on updating their network notices page because of all the problems. They have had degraded performance on international and exchanges since the switch to the new network, and under unresolved incidents they list things from 4-5 months ago.

Come the 1st of next month I'm handing in my cancellation notice.
 
Been having issues again. I think it's final straw for me now. Had to switch over to my vox backup account, and evertything is fine now streaming DSTV Now. CW was buffering like mad

Given the importance of having a reliable internet connection these days I cannot fathom why loyalty should even be a consideration to stick with any ISP. :confused:
 
Been crappy this whole weekend. I had to switch to one of my backup accounts, but needs to make a decision soon....

Any suggestions? I am on 10Mbps ADSL.
 
Lol, strange that my cancellation has 'gone through' from a couple days ago and today I have zero internet .....
