Not yet. This thread alone has placed a fair bit of pressure on us in that respect, but what we won't do is rush into something half-arsed.

We will let the community know closer to the time. Your patience will be rewarded...

Immediately as you sign up. If you haven't received yours, but completed the sign-up process, then please email support to find out why it slipped through the cracks, and I'll investigate how this happened...

yep i actually paid already and chased with another email and have not received any response. i'll email support

Check your signature, the link you have is http and not mailto.
 
Have a 10mbps line and shopping for a new ISP on a capped account but only looking for the internet portion which excludes the line rental and was told that capped accounts pricing is currently under review and at present would not benefit me cost wise.
Any Idea when the new reviewed pricing for capped accounts excl line rental will happen?

We're still running through this process now. I'd be lying if I gave you a specific ETA, but we're as impatient to get these out to the market as possible.

Currently, our capped pricing is relatively high. We're happy to admit as such. It's a helluva quality product though. But we are currently evaluating the capped pricing to see where we can match or exceed current pricing models by other ISPs without sacrificing on the most important bit - quality!

This is good to see at least.

Will you be releasing an unshaped uncapped as well? or some form of premium uncapped account for those that wanna super download?

Good luck, I am sure you will do good. Will keep an eye on the launch and development.

/Still thinks I should have joined, but ah well, a little waiting can do no harm.
 
It cannot be IS... I just came from an IS-based ISP (Openweb) the IP address range is different, and all the throttling is gone.
