I suspect that price comes from the site that we don't bother comparing with...

Maybe the green will turn into yellow or orange or red as attached ???

I must say, as it stands now - speeds are great on IS. Netflix is Zero to HD in less than a minute !

The part that peaked my interest in that e-mail was "New uncapped accounts".
Curious to see what those will be.

I think it is shaped. I downloaded a whopping 650MB (was hoping to do 6GB), from sunday 11pm to monday 06am (on CW account).

Started it up on my WA capped (and WA nntp) and finished in under 3 hrs - Monday 11:30pm to tuesday 02:30am. (CW nntp not working too).

P.S. - Not complaining, just saying.

makes me interested too, will they be worse or better than the ones we have now?

also just for the record the last day of the month is the 31st not the 30th(invoice :P)

download via steam not to good. Decided I was going to let my game finish downloading between 1am and 6am, only did 2.7GB in that timespan. Johannesburg IS Gaming server on steam, 4mbps account.

Was able to play D3 last night with no latency issues at all on temp IS account, it's been the first time in weeks across various accounts including a Connection one. I hope this is a sign of things to come once I'm back on my actual CW account

I hope the CW account performs better or just as good as the temp IS account. My temp IS account has been performing great. Twitch is working fine, Netflix is fine, Gaming is 100%.

Yeah I must say I have been fairly happy with the gaming latency on temp IS.
Daytime torrents have been abysmal though, but that's to be expected.

Can't wait to get back to CW at end of month, hopefully it's going to be tip top :)
 
Had an issue with the IS account a few days ago but overall it has been good. Hopefully the CW account will be good when I go back to it.

We're trying to amend the shaper at the moment, but what happens is that if there is shaping applied (and there is some applied on large downloads for now but will be amended soon) and the download is initiated from before 12am then it continues to apply the shaping. It's best to schedule them to fire off after midnight as a temp way to resolve this. Apologies. This is going to be amended very soon hopefully as the new policies on the new bandwidth are implemented.
