Every time I see Failed to authenticate to pear I get a bit sadder, because I have plans at 1pm, and I know that I have less and less time playing with my new toy lol.

Cybersmart.

We are not tied to any single backbone provider and can create our own products on numerous backbones. These new accounts are using the Cybersmart backbone, but that's not to say that it will always be the case for all Crystal Web products. We will always try to bring to market the best possible products at the best possible prices, no matter the backbone provider...

Hehehe, I tried to, but the only option I get is "Pre-defined Generic Avatars".

PM an admin and they may follow up on it. Otherwise you'll need to reach a post count that allows that privilege...

As an early adopter I am been really happy. Busy watching Isle of Man TT live on IT4 with almost zero issues.

I have a unique "problem"

I have not been able to renew my subs (had a really crappy month in retail) but am still able to access the net. In theory I shouldnt have access, but in reality I am writing this post and streaming.
The sinister side of me says I should stfu, but here I am posting on a public forum. CrystalWeb, I leave it in your hands.

This thread kinda snuck up on me :p.

I have been loving the support the I get from CrystalWeb. The first ISP that when I log a fault actually gives me the tech details I love to hear. :)

No authentication issues my end :).

All account cancellations need to take place by the 19th of each month, so unless we receive a cancellation notice accounts are renewed for the following month. At least this means you get great internet for the next month and can stream to your heart's content without issues. If you have payment issues then let us know and we'll sort something out for you...

My account just authenticated.... now I do the dance of joy.

That's cool. So we could potentially get a premium or gold product that's on IS in the future.

You most certainly could. That's not to say that premium products can only run on certain backbones though...;)

All accounts should be going live now and over the course of the next few minutes. Thank you to everyone for your patience.

If for whatever reason you still have issues after 30 minutes, please contact support, but we expect everyone to be connected shortly...

I'm watching UFC on Mightyuploads and it is clearly streaming better than my previous experience with uncapped.

I just like IS. When it comes to anything international, they're just the best.

Connected fine but latency is a bit high currently. Getting 300+ ms to elder scrolls online and my international mumble server while sub 200ms when I switch to the webafrica backup account.
