Is there a way to track or usage?
Yes, all uncapped accounts receive a daily usage update with a link to a live usage tracking site where they can view usage up to the previous connection. So it won't count the usage of your current connection until it disconnects or we run our once-a-day tool to pull this data on uncapped accounts...
Once our customer portal launches all of this will be available to you from a single site...
First time I literally peak out my 2Mb line on a speedtest, these are the best speedtests I have ever recorded on my line:

I get higher on Telkom. What can it do on torrents, gaming, streaming?
Haha, yeah, for me personally that is some of the best speedtests I had so far. As for streaming, Netflix seems to be streaming about the same as my IS account, however it does seem almost like there might be more or about the same amount of dips if I monitor the bandwidth usage while streaming. Getting about the same amount of buffering pauses if I force streaming at 2350 (low 720p). I am currently streaming from Netflix Sweden if that makes a difference.
As for torrents, they peak out my line. Youtube is streaming perfectly at 720p on my 2Mb line.
Don't think Netflix can stream at HD quality on a 2MB without noticeable buffering.... expecting a bit too much there ?
You need at least a 4MB line to get HD playing decently.
I can't authenticate to my account. Not a good start...![]()
Is it a schlep to move my telkom line from Afrihost to you guys? What's the process?
Yeah, but when I did that I got double billed the one month, Telkom eventually credited me though. It's just some admin. You need to request that Afrihost migrate/transfer the line back to Telkom. Once you're a customer it's then a simple process for us to facilitate the migration to us - we simple need you to request it via email and we process the transfer. we can only do this once the line is back with Telkom, which can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. Same applies to moving the line to us - we're at Telkom's liberty there.
The process is easy though, and requires next to no effort on your part...
