Just wanted to ask quickly, are there any known issues with international download speeds presently? If not should I send some testing information to the support desk?

We're in the final throws of this upgrade, performance is improving, and things are looking up. First priority was stabilising latencies - this has been pretty much sorted out - now we're improving overall performance as well.

last night my internet simply died. apparently authentication issues yet I never restart my router..
now its crawling at around 50kbps on a 4mb line where it used to run at line speed...
