Was curious to test the torrent situation and it blazed through 12 gigs of stuff at full steam ahead before petering out due to a couple badly seeded files.

Impressive.

Although, obviously this is with the understanding that the network is not being shaped as at launch, and there are not many users yet.

Yeah D3 has been a hit & miss for me and I just chalked it up to them still finding their feet. Plus my Telkom line has been acting up so I am not sure if my problem is CW or me.

I was quoted R329 for 4Mb and R559 for 10Mb. This is just the data portion obviously.

Not sure if that is still the going rate ... Assume it is

I noticed a bit of the international speed issues last night but that being said I was still able to stream fairly comfortably.
Occasional buffer but in general it was a more pleasurable experience than both AH capped and Telkom uncapped.
Plus various notifications to say they are aware of the issues made me feel quite a bit better as well.

You sure? cw 532kbps max, when I switch to ah 2.2mbps. Not dumping on cw here, but I noticed the difference in speed.

So feedback so far

1. NNTP speeds full speed maxing out my line which is great
2. Browsing fast
3. Youtube streaming smooth, no waiting to buffer content
4. Diablo 3 smooth (only played for about 2 hours though)

I'm still going to test Twitch etc, I had a few minor issues which looked like it was DNS issues, but resolved it by pointing my router to Google's DNS servers.

If someone quote you R559 for 10Mb then they made a mistake. Please let me know about it if this was the case...

Not on my side.
I have had endless issues with Telkom and AH.
AH performs one minute and then is shyte the next.
Telkom is generally always shyte for streaming.
CW I battled for a bit last night but eventually found a stable stream and had no issues further.

I'll admit it wasn't the same as during the day when CW was flying.

Yeah during the day it was super fast. Here's hoping for that same experience when I get home.

If someone quote you R559 for 10Mb then they made a mistake. Please let me know about it if this was the case...

I tried to get more details last night, but was told you're fully subscribed. Can that Uncapped account be traded for a 40GB Capped account? My IncConn 2MB UC account pretty useless during the day.
