I'm not going to correct your posts line by line - this thread really isn't intended for that sort of a thing. You have had your say and to be honest we're not going to extend any specials or new offers your way, so we part ways - it's very simple. Cheers and all the best, mika1000.

That's what I love about this ISP, no BS like let's chat about this or that, they are straight forward to the point. If you don't like it pee off, otherwise speak to us politely and we will help. Just love it. :D

Hey TB
Send an email to the UPS sa customer support address with your tracking number and your ID and local contact number.
They need it for SARS clearance -you may save some time by letting them know in advance...?

It's not too late yet, no.
You'll be releasing new products, most probably with different pricing.
Since accounts are paid in advance, what's the reasoning behind paying for the same account if other's will become available soon?

The invoice date is also the 30th IIRC, so there's no rush(?) to pay before seeing the other options if I have it correctly...

They've already disclosed how close to the wire they are running on the finances side. Cash is King. Pay the invoice and if you're going to upgrade to a new product, pay the difference later. It's not difficult to make EFT payments, at least with Standard Bank, and I've been assured that they are the worst bank ever (well, except for African Bank ). I don't think it's too much to ask - they're certainly going the extra mile for us.
