Having issues Netflix streaming atm, it's buffering and picture quality is bad, 2nd can't connect to BLOPS2 online servers...Is live chat available? Been waiting but all I'm getting is "Major Support is not able to attend your chat now. Trying to connect you with other Users...".

I am having major issues as well. Latest speedtest put my line at .0.2Mbps. Needless to say Netflix aint doing anything.
