Any reason I'm receiving invoices and payment notices for my bundled account despite mailing proof of payment through?

If your payment has reflected on our end it will send an automated receipt to you. If not, it will send a billing reminder. Unfortunately the nature of EFTs means there can be a delay, which results in some customers being sent billing reminders on the 30th even after having submitted PoP. Apologies about this. The site will soon go live and all other payment options will become available, eliminating this minor delay.

The gift that keeps on giving.
When will I receive my coffee cup and license disk sticker?
License sticker disks aren't likely to form part of our corporate promotional garb [for one thing it assumes people have vehicle licences :)] as several firms use them and you don't really think of the Internet when you are in your car

The size coffee cup I believe is appropriate to the message we would want to deliver can't be transported by the couriers. They also seem to be adamant in their refusal to transport elephants.

Sounds much like janitor@plugg - always making a joke :) Always nice to see a post like that in the thread ;)

I've paid my invoice from FNB and sent POP to billing. Have updated my router already as well in preparation for switch on on the 1st :D

Lucky i normally pay my EFTs 1-3 days(if not SB) in advance just i don't have to worry about standard bank slacking and me getting cut off xD

No need. We'll help him out. :)

A couple of the ISPs have the approach towards engagement that sees this as the way to do things - taking customers needs seriously while recognizing the power of humour

subject to sufficient demand we might be able to open a stand-up club at some point

If you cut a hole in our elephant coffee cup bases you can use glue to attach a license disc to your window.

Why?

Because we don't like uni-taskers, that's why.

I'll take an elephant skin gear lever cover?

We don't believe in killing animals, so I hope you have a very big car.

And let's hope the elephant has a predilection for knobs up it bum. Good luck changing gears.

EDIT: I wonder if there's a separate e-toll for elephant transport?

@CW: Is there a huge batch of new users going online at 12pm? Will there be a big delay in activation?
