Yeah might be, because its inconstant. See #232 ;)

Perhaps an edit function on the tickets would be nice since I see I made a mistake in it :o

You can just add a note or new reply. Editing is disabled for trail audit purposes...

Some unexpected international strain at the moment. Guys are investigating as we can't see the root cause on our end. There is a known issue with the link which is currently being worked on which we're hoping is the cause here, in which case we apologise and there may be some inconsistency for now, but will be resolved soon...

The issue is on our end, probably not your Telkom side.

I would have been VERY surprised if everything worked 100% from the go lol. Teething problems, everybody IT knows this. :D

True, but however at least CrystalWeb can truly say they have teething issues unlike someone who have been live for years and then... claims it. I'm sure it will sort it out :)

So, a little on the high side.

I would need to test with an alternative ISP, to rule out where the problem lies, but will take a look at that tomorrow.

*edit*

Seems to be holding in the 220/230 region.

Which is fine and expected, all I would say is how do some ISPs manage to get in the 170-180 region? If there's a way you guys can swing that, obviously a good thing.

Yeah, after playing for a bit - It's definitely floating up into the 300+ more than I would like.

I like... got a bunch of stuff today.

That hasn't happened in ages. I feel so... satisfied. o.o THank you CrystalWeb. Thank you

I was green the whole time on ah uncapped so I doubt it's a game server problem :-\

This I know too... I am just taking the pressure off from my side, if something doesn't work I am pretty sure DJ knows about it, no need for me to send mails anymore/support tickets.
Right now I cannot complain, most decent internet I have had in 2 1/2 years. There is some international latency from time to time, I know it will come right, right now, I need sleep, latency doesn't affect my downloads :)

As things go like this, if it is maintained, and I am sure it will be, this ISP will give Hernshaw, Fikalov and that Dr a good kick on their arses.

That being said, it is perfectly playable, and for the last half hour or so, it seems to have been in the green again.

Teething, I'm sure it will be figured out!

I just wanted to do a quick test with Playstation online gaming.
It doesn't allow me to log onto PSN. It indicates a DNS error.

I force my router to use the Google public DNS servers.
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Does anyone else have an issue here?

PSN is scheduled for downtime tomorrow, but it should currently be up by all indications.

I can log onto PSN using PS4/PS3 using my AH account.
Unfortunately my CW account is not acctivated yet, so I can't reply on that that.

I'm just too lazy to try another account. I have one of those VDSL Technicolor routers, and it's a mission to change accounts.

Was just curious, will try again in a few days time.

Will definitely look into it. Live in a complex. Want to create an open wifi network to screw with people

Q Trees on these are awesome. I have a main tree for Computers, tablets and phones and my second category have guest ip's that all must share 1mbps, so in other words no non static ip will get more than 1mbps. And best is you don't have to reboot the thing twice a day like these cheap tenda aio routers to get decent internet again.
