Whats the price of 4mbit uncapped account? And how do we get a test account? I would like to run a few tests on it against my current provider.
 
Have any of you asked your bank to block debit orders from OW? My account is due to end in June, I just want to make sure they don't deduct money going forward.

Did the bank comply?

I have not cancelled anything yet. Because my account operates fine. However if my questions are not answered to my satisfaction i will cancel. But i prefer IS backbone to anyother.

Apologies about this. I see the helpdesk has responded and is liaising to resolve this with you, and I've run some diagnostics as well and sent you a reply.

Quality isn't very good at all. Occasional buffering, but link 2 worked fine so probably with the stream itself. Some streams not working.

Would be handy if it was legal, and if it was stable, with better quality. There are better options imo.

Even paying for Netflix and other legal services is illegal in SA. So yeah if you don't watch it over DSTV it is illegal, no matter what. So in the end rather focus on our illegal streaming providers when it comes to shaping, because we all are going to use it lol. CW I am saying this in the nicest way possible, so if some of my reply looks agro in some way it is not intended to be. :)

Crystal Web does not log anything except what is required of us, which is login information. We do not log how you use your connection. Not even for our own research purposes.

Ok. If you say so... someone made a mistake in giving the act / law a name then: Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act.

I'll pass on your dns as with all other ISPs for a good reason, no reason to piss with the toilet door open :D

It requires it where the circumstances specified in the legislation applies as a general statement RICA really operates from the paradigm of operators rather than service providers and has many messy assumptions built into it

People really need to read the legislation - especially the drafters
