Zertop's "Is it my Line" Results
Basic Report:
Your average ping was 48ms
Your maximum ping was 159ms

Looking at your average ping, your line seems to be a bit dodgy :/ This may account for any slow speeds you may be experiencing. However, it could just be related to a high-latency home network (ie... Wi-Fi). If you feel the need, please post the results (at the end of the program) into the forum for advice

The international link is under pressure at the moment. Apologies about that. Expect near perfection very soon on that front.

Guessing the support portal just went live? Got an email about a ticket that was closed weeks ago :p

Yes, sorry guys. The new system is going live this evening and there was a single check box selected incorrectly. Unfortunately this has resulted in a flood of emails being dished out as it synchronises the tickets across the systems. My sincere apologies about this.

Well my line performed amazingly last night.
Full HD stream with out a single buffer, twitch streaming on high with no buffer and I was playing CS:GO while streaming HD on Hulu.
Can't complain at all.

Im just glad the +-250MB file finished downloading during the 6 hours I was asleep.

Hi Crystal Web.
My mouth watering here for account with you guys. Looking at 100 Gb capped. Got 20 Mb line.
When oh when?

Uhhh, the website is still not ready. Guess I will wait for it to go official before making my move.

Additional capacity coming on July 1st correct?

And the fault to be fixed, yes. That is the news from the international upstream provider. Also an IPC upgrade being done for additional capacity if need be, based on recent uptake.

Just a question for Crystal Web....Are you planning on launching an unshaped product once you launch cause that's all I'm looking for at the moment :P Oh and at a reasonable price please :)

All launch products will, well, be released upon launch to be honest. There's little point in releasing our entire product range now and leaving a launch as a damp squib.

But we are currently evaluating and creating new products on our end actively, especially based on suggestions coming in from our website. So if you want unshaped uncapped then head over to the site and vote for it.

What's the catch? It sounds too good to be true... especially in SA.
