Well I have been waiting 5 hours for a 1.5 Gb linux distro to download(an actual linux distro), So I agree that tomorrow cannot come soon enough.

EDIT: Obviously not on CW, for anyone new that might start reading this thread at this point.

I cancelled with them 2 months ago, didn't know they had gotten that much worse if less than 200gb a months is the new standard then i'm going to cry :(
mind you even though i say that i normal download a max of 200gb a month and don't really use p2p much at all :/

Then again, I stopped downloading for the most part as my AH account could stream perfectly next to Telkom's poor performance.

unless that problem is new then i was doing the same i literally did like 350gb in my last month and i never even saw less than 300kBps(4mb unc) on direct downloads only left because i got double charged and they wouldn't cancel closer on time or anything :/.......oh gawd and the 50min phone queues

@ CW: I have my account details and I am all paid up for my account starting 1st July :)

Will I be able to slap those details in come 12AM tonight? Could you also PM me stuff about the news server thing you guys are doing and how I can access it please? Would going from IS news server to your one be a problem with my current downloads? And most importantly, can I use my own indexer or have you guys stepped it up a notch and provided one as well? :P

The accounts will be kicking in until just after 2AM and you can slap in those details and it will work.

We don't operate an indexer - and it is unlikely that we ever will operate, host or be in any way affiliated to an indexer -- unless a content rights holder becomes creative and uses NNTP to distribute content [so think SABC deciding to make 7de Laan and the News available on NNTP we'd be able to host a service to facilitate that]
 
Argh, I am not up till that time unfortunately. Ah well, will slap details in when I go to sleep and instruct my flatmate to turn on router when he wakes up for interwebz.

If you haven't yet received your news server login information please let us know on support so that we can assist.

No reason for them to offer an indexer(infact i'm not sure if hosting an indexer is completely legal in south africa anyways unless litterally just has SABC news on it ) :/ their are a lot of good free ones anyways

I believe yours did. Note that receipts are emailed only after bank clearance, hence why receipts are not sent after proof of payment. The new site will make things much easier though.
 
if were listing things we forgot to ask then has anyone been able to watch twitch.tv(or better yet stream to it)
