I'm getting worried. I only use international traffic and it seem to be a huge problem at present... and I'm not even started using my new account... ooops

And it's not all international traffic affected.

Its not like they don't know what the problem is(read the thread back for awhile lol) its just the usual customs trolling....not to mention they haven't even officially launched and current customers are basically test customers :/

See those adsl averages.....go ahead of the curve and offer 7mbps uncapped xD

Current customers aren't test customers. Everything on our end is sorted on the ADSL provision side. It's now systems integration that we're finalising for a customer facing launch. ;)

But yes, Cybersmart did come up trumps in the latest speed test results. And they have for a very long time - the speed test results page shows this for all speeds.

They are quite simply in our opinion the best backbone in SA. And we're proud to be building products on their backbone, and excited to see product development on their end too which is going to allow us a lot more flexibility to offer some fantastic things to our customers on their backbone.
 
ok. I've been a long-standing customer of Cybersmart. My lines are managed by them since forever. but my data had been at every ISP around.

hopefully this had been a good decision...

well i don't know if they are more reliable than IS but my streaming seems pretty great on the test account paul lent me till launch :P

Chuck your line our way and we'll throw in a very decent discount. We also have the 24 hour support to boot which helps, and the dedication to stay up until 4am at the end of the month to work our butts off to ensure our new customers are all connected properly. ;)

Might as well report that your idea bulb on your website is getting some crazy numbers such as both winning 37% of the time and the some winning 64%+50% leading me to believe your website cant add ^^

The system rotates various ideas against each other. The percentages you're seeing are not groups of two ideas that are put up against each other each time. So the results show how often that particular idea wins overall - not against the current idea "partner".

This gives far more balanced data to us to work with than if it were put up against the same partner each time.

I see :P i just thought it was bugged as yesterday i could have sword the numbers matched.

Congrats on launch CW? You guys are so clever even if not intentional having that short name cause CW network is what strikes my mind everytime i say it in my head :p. Can just imagine what google results will show haha.
