Crystal Web (NEW ISP) ADSL Feedback

I forgot to do my EFT, realized on the weekend and made the payment. Then yesterday I realized due to the time frame I should have sent off proof, so I sent off the proof late last night.

I was prepared to be without internet for a day or two due to my error and boy was I surprised when I noticed my internet working at 6:45am this morning. So far excellent service, I will test the performance and report back.

I will monitor it for a while, but I just did a http download (international), along will local radio streaming and it is maxing my line atm and with that I'm very happy.

Ah, the beauty of inconsistent speed test servers. The bane of an ISP's existence. :D

For now the PBX system isn't working 100% where we'd like it so live chat is the best option, only for the time being. We've discovered a slight bug in the system that's kicking agents offline on the live chat system occasionally. We're trying to figure this one out at the moment. If it's offline, just click the button and leave a ticket and it will also send to the agents.
 
Been struggling the whole day to get my acc working and did so just a while ago.

Props to support sticking with me on what I can only assume is a day that is full of day one problems!!

It's not about whether you have problems or not, but how you handle them when you do. You guys done well!! thumbs_up_smiley.gif

Speeds seem rather abysmal here as well, but I am being patient. Really want the nntp server to work so I can test it though
