Over WiFi with some occasional buffering + dl's running. Not bad for now. :D

Pretty solid on a 10Mbps test line running other download in the background as well. 4K streaming without buffering.

I'd love to see how you manage to do that.... i cannot even play a 1080p Youtube video ( sometimes even a 720p one ) without it buffering like hell. Forget 4K - ( see attached ), not even 10sec in and it stops dead in its tracks, and will not play further...

I just don't know anymore.

PS: Oh and the Max it goes to automatically is 720p, anything higher - I have to manually choose. But then buffers

There is something very wrong then, and to be perfectly frank probably not on our end. Streaming operates in a completely uncontested pool. And there's no sharing of resources there either. It's unadulterated access to the net when you stream. And we can't change it per account either, as this is just how the entire realm works. It's just how we treat the packets on all accounts across the board.

Can you link me to the specific video you're trying to watch? And please post the stats window from YouTube at the time as well? Also, YouTube are not caching all of their full-HD and 4K sources in my own testing which can sometimes prove problematic if it traverses the international waters at the moment.

Live Support is 24 hours weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends. Email or support portal outside of those hours only. Definitely not playing games, no. Checked and your account is certainly provisioned for 10Mbps.
when you say 24 support on weekdays, do you mean starting from midnight?(aka 25min)

Can someone please let me know how they found Twitch streaming over the weekend? I struggled to stream medium last night for instance, I have not moved to the temp account yet, but perhaps someone can let me know how they find the temp accounts with regards to streaming?

If this is the case then could you explain why for example I can stream HD on Hulu with AH but on CW it plays for 30 secs and buffers for 30secs.
Often it will even drop quality to the lowest setting for a while.
Most of the sites I use as an alternate means when Hulu has nothing to watch, just don't really work unfortunately, Youtube doesn't have everything either.

I have been very patient and have stuck with CW, I don't however see a change in my international speeds via the mentioned sites.
At what point can I expect this connection to be solid enough to be able to stream(even if you class it as illegal, I don't understand why the differentiation) via sites like Filenuke, putlocker, billionuploads, etc.

I understand these services are not under your control regarding their throughput but then explain how I can get smooth video playback via AH for eg?
And please don't give me the money vs uncapped vs what can be offered debate; I never put a financial cap on what I wanted from a service.
CW offered me a product labeled as internet the way it should be.
This is what I signed up for yet I don't see the results I was expecting.
I apologize if this comes across as negative or an unhappy post but it's not my intention.
I would merely like to express my thoughts on this situation.

I'm in the Eastern Cape on a 4Mb Line.

I have exactly the same scenario, I'm in PE, so Eastern Cape, same as you, only I have a 10Mb account. I think our traffic gets routed weird.... I seriously think this, coz I just don't see the speeds I should. My exchange is not congested, so I have no idea what is up. Even changing my DNS to something other than Unotelly makes no real difference.

CW - I see i can now log into the IS portal with the account you created for me over the weekend. I'm not at home now to test it, but will do so tonight and feedback on performance.

PS. Live chat is not Live atm.

That's possibly related to YouTube streams though. I've noticed a couple of videos/channels on Youtube where it buffers on 480p every few seconds, yet when I try a different video, flawless, on 720p.

All youtube traffic is supposed to be cached locally is it not?
