Can i apply again for a switch to an Is account or is that offer off the table?

IS account MUCH better with Netflix - I get HD in about 3 mins, I tried CW as well and after about 10 mins of the same show - still not even buffering HD....

I gathered all the stats - will talk to you later Paul ( assuming u on Live chat )

EDIT: Can also stream 1080p no problems on Youtube....

Yeah, but the problem is they throttle you after a while don't they? Last time I was on that IS account, halfway through the month i had to switch to AH because they were faster, and that's saying a lot with AH shaping everything to death. I am more interested as to when CW will be 100%. Had a NICE gaming experience this weekend, but tonight Defiance was just horrible.

Luckily my trace also looks fine. Just a few minutes ago I posted how nice CW and streaming works, then I played Netflix, stayed on SD 1599kbps max. Is it Unotelly acting up? Was perfect yesterday. I see it switches to HD often then reverts back to SD. CW don't want a IS acc, just tell me everything is going to be 100% by next month.

It is already ordered!, I'm waiting for the *updated* invoice that I will pay with the greatest of pleasure. I was a bit dissapointed that I could not be upgraded already, with pro-rata charges( no problem), but will rather try and be patient for you guys to get things sorted out.
