Crystal Web (NEW ISP) ADSL Feedback

my line had been running more or less full speed since the 1st of July. had some issues at first but later that day it stabilized. browsing can be slow at times. actually had my best month ever since I got adsl almost 8 years ago.

for some reason the general issues never affected me but I'm staying in the bundu's and it seem to be working for me. I can download or stream without any problem.

I would quickly shout rape if there's something wrong...

How are you single threaded downloads?like for instance try downloading a printer driver via internet browser(no download accelerator)
On anything i can use multiple threads on runs great....and netflix/hulu/youtube works great though there is a legal streaming site(crunchyroll) that doesnt work at all sadly :(

single threads around 300kbps. that's more or less the average. sometimes less. sometimes more.

NVidia's new driver downloaded full speed.

damn ive downloaded like half the internet since i joined but my single threads are 30kBps(i assume ou meant 300kBps or are u getting the same as me) :P
 
International gaming still very poor. Lag spikes and abilities fail to launch in both swtor and eso. Please fix this. Impossible to do any proper raiding or dungeoning like this...

On another note I have requested an invoice from the support email on friday but have still not received one...
 
Strange, I get timeouts on my exchange hop with cw but not afrihost.

I tried playing some BF4 on PS4 yesterday. I could not get better than 2 bars out of 5. Kept dying, impossible to hit anything but myself. Switching to a capped Webafrica account gave me 4 out of 5 bars and I could actually get some kills. Anybody from CW able to give us some comments on the gaming?

Apart from the horrible PS4 online gaming thing, Netflix and Hulu seems to work OK, but not flawlessly. Now and then the quality drops and recovers, but it is mostly usable.

Will try some PSN downloads later.
 
This month everything has been rocking on my Crystal Web 10mb account. NZB's and torrents (linux distros) have been running at full speed. As well as streaming!

Wish I could say that.. I really do.
 
Downloading drivers...Transfer rate slightly improved between 80kb/s - 140kb/s on 4mb line now
