We're in the throws of an upgrade; it's not complete; the more data we have to work with the better; it may be something completely unrelated; pings are more stable now, overall download performance is also going to get better.

The final pieces of the puzzle fall into place tomorrow, and things will be far better.

The only remaining issue is http download speeds now.

my line speed had been 435kbps most of the time with an average of 350kbps from 1 - 31 July.

till it died last night.

now its 50kbps. huge difference.

There's an upgrade process taking place which may be causing the intermittent issues, or it could be a whole host of other troubles. Please, please, contact support - they really are there to investigate this sort of thing for you.

ok I now know whats the problem. its the 41.177.xxx.xxx range. had been 105.xxx.xx.xxx

We've honestly been waiting for you to contact support. Seems it was a minor glitch that needed to be resolved by moving you back to the correct IP range, but we cannot process this sort of thing from a forum post. We needed you to get in touch.

Im not saying stay but shouldn't you wait till tommorow? One thing if isp has problem another thing if backbone is at fault.....and they arnt making up stories cybersmart customers not on CW got the emails. And the email did say expect problems today.
Not saying your wrong though not everyone can handle "beta tests".

@Crystal Web, it seems I've also been put onto the 41.xx IP range, is this part of what should be happening presently? Or should I get in touch with support?
