So last night I connected my CW account and it was working again.
No reset, no power down of the router.

Doesn't make sense.
 
how long does it take for new accounts to be setup? Submitted my details last night - but nothing as yet.
 
Woke up and tried my shiney new CW account on my router and couldn't connect.
Hopped on live chat, issued with a temp account till my problem is resolved.
All this done at 4.30am on a Monday morning.
Gotta love the 24hr support :D

Their support is boss!
 
What would you have him install then? BeOS? DOS? C/PE?

well if you are going to upgrade from Windows go with a real operating system: OS/2 or FreeBSD

Hackentosh. :p But yeah I seriously thought about Windows 8 just for my steam games and since I got Netflix to work on my old Linux box (Zorin OS) last night I am thinking of installing that on my laptop next to Windows 8 and using that for the rest. TBH if it was not for certain apps and steam games I would have been 100% on Linux ages ago.

Please help, I been waiting for support to mail me my ticket number from 5am this morning. I spoke with Matt again today around 8ish becoz the temp account stopped working (thats fixed now). Also I'm waiting to know when can I start using my Fusion account, it wasn't authenticating this morning, hence why they gave me a temp account.

Your normal account should be working. I received an email notice that it was manually provisioned for you. Please try again, or PM me if not. I'll be back in the office shortly to resolve it if need be as well. Paul is taking a well deserved break today, and we have a new agent on support Matt is training, and the other support staff are on training externally so we're running a little thin there today, but we will get you fixed up.

Can you assist me as well. My Uncapped/Unshaped account was not working when I tried it this morning. Support gave me a temp account to use which also stopped working. Went onto support and they said they will get back to me ..... Can you please pm me another temp account as the one I am using is a 1gb free account and I am worried it will be used up soon and I will be unable to connect at all.

Read a few pages back that you are looking at introducing capped option. Will this be available anytime soon? And will it be competitive compared to Afrihost? At the moment, they really are winning hands down...
