Guys, as per my previous message here, please use our first line support for support. If you need to escalate something to me then no worries at all, but I have not employed a separate person to monitor mybb PMs, so you will receive far better and quicker support actually talking to the support staff instead of sending me a PM with a speedtest result, I can assure you.
I don't mind if you need to escalate something to me, or if you have issues with support that are unresolved or need further investigation, but this account is not intended as a first line support for all customers.
Also, if you do send me something, please identify who you are, as we have hundreds of customers and things will go far quicker if you include your details in a PM.
