Don't you think that the Ad's seem to be getting more desperate on MyBB?? Seems like the New Kid on the Block is making waves! Or is it just my Imagination?

Guys, as per my previous message here, please use our first line support for support. If you need to escalate something to me then no worries at all, but I have not employed a separate person to monitor mybb PMs, so you will receive far better and quicker support actually talking to the support staff instead of sending me a PM with a speedtest result, I can assure you.

I don't mind if you need to escalate something to me, or if you have issues with support that are unresolved or need further investigation, but this account is not intended as a first line support for all customers.

Also, if you do send me something, please identify who you are, as we have hundreds of customers and things will go far quicker if you include your details in a PM.

We're changing our entire marketing campaign on mybroadband now. The new accounts were effectively crowd-sourced by you guys - you told us what you wanted, and we did it. So it changes how we market our products somewhat as they were really specific before. Probably a little too specific in hindsight.

But the ads and marketing campaigns are coming. In the interim, send us that word of mouth and referral business. We've got some cool things we may do in the background regarding this.

I don't see any ads. By blocking them totally, I don't have to wait for all the ads to load. On some sites the ads is NSFW anyway.
 
I think he is referring to the 2 tower ads. (on the sides) they are a pain in ass for me. I often click out side the borders and now it keeps on taking me to those ads.

I've resorted to an adblocker for this reason in particular. These "page takeovers" are irritating, to say the least. Many sites seem to be using this method for campaigns and it's a horrible implementation, IMHO. You get the content you want in an advert sandwich. Ugh.
 
This ISP will never get noticed if it is so quiet here. Get a troll in here or pull a plug somewhere and create a fight already!
