Problem identified. There is a hardware failure and it is being swapped out as we speak and systems moved to a redundant system. ETA for resolution is 30 to 60 minutes.

There are multiple free options (Axxess, Web Africa, Afrihost)
Like I mentioned yesterday, how do you propose we obtain this free option if we can't even use the internet?
Sign up for it in advance.
Then just change the account on your router when you need it.
I've done this long time ago.
I don't have an issue.
But some ppl have not been proactive and why should they be?
And if you're not prepared?
It's not like we can call a toll free call center or something.
