My connection has just slowed to a crawl, can't even load up the site to chat with support

There is an issue on the network at the moment and customers may experience slow speeds. We are investigating and will have an update shortly for you. Apologies about this.

Problem identified. There is a hardware failure and it is being swapped out as we speak and systems moved to a redundant system. ETA for resolution is 30 to 60 minutes.

Like I mentioned yesterday, how do you propose we obtain this free option if we can't even use the internet?

Sign up for it in advance.
Then just change the account on your router when you need it.

I've done this long time ago.
I don't have an issue.
But some ppl have not been proactive and why should they be?
