Getting some retarded ping (local) and international speed still seems to be dragging the anchor as well. Anyone else with a similar experience? This on a 4Mb line.

We're busy running tests with customers right now, and not seeing anything like that. Want to hop on to live chat quick and I'll help you out?

Thanks, but may well have been a local exchange issue (congestion). As another account when tested also provided a diverse range of performance. So I decided to do what I rarely do.. Go sleep.

This morning it appears to be back to normal - will run a few tests and traceroutes, if required will get back to you.
 
How is streaming on your uncapped accounts? Hulu/Netflix in particular?
