crystal web on vumatel

I am trying to order 100MBPS vumatel fiber optic internet on https://shop.vumatel.co.za but crystal webs link from here https://crystalweb.co.za/product-ftth-vumatel does not show up on the vumatel shop, can anyone assist me or provide me with some guidance

I ordered mine through crystal web website

They are one of the few ISP's where you dont have to use the Vumatel Portal... You can go through their own site where other ISP's insist you use Vumatel's portal to order... You just put in that vuma code on their site... i had an issue at the time when trying through vumatels site and phoned crystal and they said its OK we can use their site to register... then i was on the line with a guy while I did it and within 2 hours he sorted me out and I was up and running

Only issue is it will not show on vumatel portal as it would if you order through vumatel...

I ordered [only] my fibre from Vumatel. Then I called Crystal to order the service.
