CrystalWeb going bankrupt / openserve lines being held ransom?

Since there seems to be no will to articulate this; it has to start somewhere:

Seems they haven't paid openserve in a while now; their clientelle's lines are being held ransom without returning them to the holding pool.

Of course @Icemanbrfc knows more and hopefully to follow up here with more information

Dear valued DSL clients, We would like to apologise for the loss of connectivity you have experienced since Friday. We initially thought this was a technical issue, and engaged with Openserve's technical team on Friday morning to find out what was wrong. Sadly, we learned late on Friday that Telkom lines were not moved from Crystal Web to EvoNet as they were supposed to, and the result is that Openserve have temporarily suspended Crystal Web’s services as they no longer retain a client base. As EvoNet we have and continue to urgently engage Openserve to ensure that all clients are properly migrated over and that all services are restored. We have also engaged with Crystal Web to assist where we can to resolve this matter.

Slight typo, but fixed now.

Apparently the lines are "neither with or without openserve" as some of their clients

1. Had much Downtime - Openserve said they were suspended
2. Clients had to sort it out manually - Phone Openserve for unsuspension
3. Some asked to be transferred to the holding pool without success - It is stuck, in limbo or CW is holding it back

It is rather unclear why this has happened; it seems that Openserve was not paid, CW claims that they are having technical issues with Openserve.

Support and co are playing the obfuscation game while clients are without internet, well that is if you couldn't get yourself unsuspended.

Neither rumors like "on the brink of bankrupt, mismanagement, etc etc" is helping.

I'd like to thank the DDoS kiddies for forcing me to move before this all went so pear shaped.

That being said, can't help but wonder if the DDoS actually contributed to the downfall.
