Hi all

Battling with a great local speed test but when going international performance is allot worse than what it was with the VDSL configuration.

When I ask for settings I get settings that look allot like ADSL/VDSL
is there a vLan tag required.

On Openserve Fibre, if your local works, problems with speeds internationally should be ISP side

No. On high speed low latency infrastructure, it could also be local packet loss (i.e., line, msan, exchange, backhaul). The low latency means tcp retransmits cost nothing and so the speed isn't really influenced. Only on high latency international transfers does a small tcp window with frequent retransmission really hurt transfers.
