CrystalWeb + Openserv Throttle/Shaping

Seriously...

Come 6pm, drop from 1.8-2.5 Mbps on a 40Mbps Fibre line to under 1Mbps.
oh and this is a capped package so not suppose to be shaped/throttle in any way.



and can't be bothered to email them, they will just have me do tests over and over, saying nothing is wrong, that will lead like previously to no where.

To test whether it's openserve or CW use these login details on your router:
username = guest@openserve
password = guest

Then run the Openserve Network Speed Test at http://openserve.co.za/open/speed-test/

It started at 16:00, would normally have been done by 17:30... but was slow from the start, throttle down to 200Kb/s at the moment.

I see this problem with all ISP that sit on the IS backbone.

I did a test using Crystal Web yesterday and found the same issue MWEB and WebAfrica has.
