CSGO Sticky thread

So played some GO, forgot why I stopped playing, by no means am I any good, and still need to learn the maps again, but the little 4 year old brats kinda ruin things, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap.

Death match is actually fun, will play that often and 1on1, people rarely talk at all...

I think I will rather play source all the retards have left at least for GO.

Just turn off voice chat, then you aren’t annoyed by the morons.
 
I must say, Destiny 2 has turned me away from CSGO for the time being. I still play, but not as regularly as usual.

Like that on every counter strike ever. That is why you do not play the public scrub games like Death Match, Gun game and so on.

Warmup up 1 v 1 Aim, and then play match making.
Don't get the point of these casual games at all.

I play for fun, so what if my K/D 2 for 12, really don't care about ranks or who killed me, or what you going to do to my mother.........Connection isn't stable enough to consider playing match making.

I believe casual warmups, like deathmatch, is more than adequate to prepare. Most top players that I know do a combination, deathmatch and 1v1. 1v1, like Wingman, helps to improve clutch situations.

It is even better to subscribe to pick-up servers, but then you need to be really, and I mean really, serious about the game.

Type voice_enable 0 in console.

I only turn the in-game voice on if we're playing with randoms in competitive (we use Steam voice or Discord with a full lobby).

Some of us don't have regular people to play with. I am still a lowly silver. So we do the aim practice - the DM - then hope we get a half decent team in comp lol
