CSGO Sticky thread

Golden was still on C9's books, he was just recovering from illness. Flusha's mom passed away hence needing time away from the game.
Flusha is going posted on Twitter about why he is taking a break and Cloud9 did give their goodbyes. Flusha, like Shroud, is going to end up streaming under the Cloud9 banner until he starts streaming independently or is picked up by another organisation. I don't see Flusha return to their CSGO roster. Golden already missed out on two Champions and not many expected him to make a return now.

There is a question whether Zellsis will be taken on permanently by Cloud9 and Complexity's coach is taking a interest to coaching Cloud9. They are revamping.

Xyp9x has been massive in these play-offs...not just the usual clutch play but he's also fragging like a beast. Not bad for a b-player :p

Feck...was hoping for something more competitive than this. Guess the gap between the best and the rest is too big at the moment.

If Na'Vi didn't throw the game away against ENCE, I believe they would've given Astralis a run for their money. I'm not saying they would win, but at least take a map or make it more closely contested affair than what ENCE did in the finals.

NaVi looked good at times during the tournament...Zeus was fragging way more than usual, Edward found some mojo here and there, s1mple carried like he usually does on some maps.

Unfortunately, they can't seem to get that stuff to happen at the same time. electronic was way off his peak in the tournament also.

I'd give them about a 1 in 3 chance of winning Overpass against Astralis...less on the other maps.

In other news, I didn't get the diamond pin...went to a braai for a friend's birthday on Saturday and didn't watch any of the semis

Navi didn't do bootcamp due to other commitments, but they didn't elaborate on that being silent on the matter. Their players mostly Twitched when they were suppose to write their playbook and training together. You could see they got better and better throughout the competition. Simple still Twitched during the competition... which is okay I guess, but they need to scrum.

At 16:14 16:3 16:14 ENCE barely made it through, but a win is a win. Navi needs to lick their wounds.

ENCE will get better, the team is still young together and they have upcoming superstars. Their youngest player is 17. AVANGAR is another team to watch.

NiP is over, they will probably shake Get Right, as loyal as he is he isn't consistent anymore.

Astralis came prepared, they knew how the other teams are going to play. They had control over everything and did their research. Who needs wallz when you are trained and have the game sense to boot? ENCE surprised them on Train, but that was it.

Berlin is up.
