Definitely no, but as most people who have experience with +120Hz, you won’t be able to go back to 60Hz. If you run 60Hz and +120Hz side-by-side, you will always know that you made the right decision.
It is not only noticeable in gaming. It makes a big difference come editing and so on, but that has mostly to do with input lags. You will note, in Windows, suddenly your pointer doesn’t have a pointer trail anymore (even if it is turned off)
You do get really good 60Hz monitors with really good response times, especially for 4k, but for gaming, it is not the same as +120Hz.
