Only had a sample for all three providers of just over 1000 so I'm also asking a few questions.
Plus a 78% satisfaction rating for banks (in their press release, compared other industries to Telecoms) doesn't sound right especially when these guys are being heavily investigated for their fee structure which is peeving customers off
