Just need to have a little rant. Asked Cybersmart to upgrade my line to 4MB about 2 weeks ago. Since then it has gone down from 384 to 256. Phone Telkom - can't help, need to phone Cybersmart, phone Cybersmart - can't help, waiting for Telkom!!

No prizes guessing which...So either the ISPs are lying to us, or Telkom provides a different level of service to its direct customers as opposed to its ISP customers?
