Phantom Liberty was the best I've played in years too.

And yeah Lizzy's show was good. Talk to her at the bar later and she'll give you her headgear she wore. Easily missed.

This game and Baldur's Gate 3 really messed up mods with their updates.

Luckily I only had 1 mod from my first playthrough (that I know of). One that gave me this traffic:

But how are you getting anywhere with that mod?

I have a lot of stuff. Everything on my face and body is custom from eyes, pupils, eyelashes, makeup to chrome implants and tattoo. Clothes are custom headgear is custom boots are custom. My Kusanagi is custom from colors to speed and control. CDPR even stole the LED rim mod, its in game now, was a mod before. My hacks are custom from range to AOE to potency I can hack a whole building and everyone in it just walking by. I can infinitely jump, run and slow down time. Weapon mags are custom and hollow sight is custom.

NPC's (gone wild) are custom. Love interests are custom. Hideouts are custom. Weapon shops, clothing stores, PC menus everything is custom.

I am well and truly ****ed if I try to load a save and the game says nope.

Haha it's not that bad. The mod makes the game so much better. Traffic is constantly moving so it's not as if I'm standing still for hours. In those screenshots the cars are all moving, they're not standing still. Great mod, makes the city feel so much more alive and immersive. Also no performance hit whatsoever in my game.

Had to get the mod back then because the city felt empty and lifeless at times. Sometimes there were no cars at all so I had to do something about it. The mod fixed everything and it's how I picture Night City traffic to be like in real life. Much less traffic outside the city or in industrial areas etc. Highly recommended, will use the mod again for sure.

I am on my second playthrough. Lost all my trophies when they did the switch from PS4 to PS5 version (new SKU which determines the trophies). I play it whenever the PUBG servers are down for maintenance :)

This one still works.

Wont use it personally only because I use the Yaiba Kusanagi so that much traffic would be a deathtrap for me.

Also, just a tip, you would have to disable this mod towards the end of Phantom Liberty because you will be tasked with a (certain type of repeatable mission) and the tight clock on those missions leaves no time for traffic on the roads.
