Im thinking of signing up with cybersmart, but reading the T&C, these guys seem a little anal... one of the things that really bugs me is that you can only use a @cybersmart email address.
No matter what they say, I think these guys are trying to get you to use their email address, so that you are forced to stay with them. This type of practice makes me a little nervous.
You also can only fax a cancellation through to them (who even has a fax now days, and whats wrong with canceling via email/support page like every other isp)
For those who have used cybersmart, what are they like- am I concerned for nothing, or are they clowns
