Been down for a while now...can't authenticate and I can't browse the website when connected on dial-up.

Anyone else suffering?

oh.. mine is up, i better not reset my router. thier website opens for me too.

Mine has been giving trouble all weekend, what's up CS? Normally, it's number 1 and I cant complain.

Mayb they are preparing for the August upgrade? Id imagine alot (if not most) of their customers are currently on 192.

Any official word as to how their pricing is going to change?

Cybersmart Session time outs

Connection up and running, but I keep getting session-timeouts every hour since
Saturday. Usually there is a 12 hour time-out but since Saturday it disconnects at around 3 minutes before the hour (ie 10:57). Anyone else having this problem???

If you're within a few 100 MB's of your cap, they start doing hourly session resets.

That sucks man. Grrrr. Same thing happening to me.

I can understand that if you are
1) a new user
2) routinely go over your 3GB

but, I would expect leniancy otherwise. I seldomly use more than 1.5GB as an example, so on the odd occassion I do use close to 3GB, I would expect to be given 12-24 hour resets. Especially considering I have used them for many months (years?) now.

Not to say that is not their policy anyways, as I said, I rarely over use that account (now, my ISDSL account is another story... :D )
