Cybersmart Problems

I have not experienced these problems this time but then my session time-out is at a different time, usually late night so maybe that's why. Which reminds me my electricity went off when i replacing a fuse and now i must remember to make it connect between 12pm-1am.. I do that so its nice and out of the way of downloads etc. btw their website is working, i just checked now.
 
Hmmm, cannot authenticate to Cybersmart all day. Other DSL accounts work fine. Any one else have issues?
 
also having issues with cybersmart but my is account and telkom test account also does not authenticate...
 
I'm a Cybersmart user and it works fine here. Not on it at the mo, using local ADSL so I to have 2 ISP's :P I was online about 30-45mins ago and before that and during the day as well. No problemos.

hrm if the Telkom guest account don't authenticate then you got to recheck router config or line.

uhm they sent an email about power outage that could cause their back up generators to trip but that was for yesterday/saturday.. hrm I was gonna restart my router to have midnight session timeout but now think i should just leave it for another day :p
 
Think it is on Telkom's side as I haven;t changed anything on my router settings. It just suddenly stopped working...

What area you in? I just had an ADSL line go down at a client in Braafontein and I'm dreading the thought of an hour on the phone to Telskum to get it sorted out...
 
The line is in Sunninghill... I don't know if it came up during the day though. The lady I spoke with yesterday mentioned they were having problems Joburg over the weekend..
