I cancelled my ADSL with Cybersmart about two months ago, yet they continue to debit my bank account, plus the adsl connection remains active. Even though i cancelled the Telkom side of it already. The excuse the first time was that they never recieved my cancelation fax then once i had did that, one of their people mailed me back and said that the account was cancelled and that possibly the only thing i would have to pay is the Telkom portion. Yet on the 1st of the month they took the whole amount off again.
Anyway just wanted to see if any one else had or is having the same issue and how do i go about resolving it peacefully
