Lol win #5 for Pogacar. Hope Jonas didn't think at the end that Tadej would let him win his stage

He has dominated this tour. I won't be surprised if he makes it six tomorrow.

And what's with Jonas repeatedly asking Tadej to ride when they dropped Remco? I mean Jonas has just sat on Tadej and Remco's wheel for the last three weeks and now he wants them to work for him.

Loved that by Jonas.

Soudal–Quick-Step stacked that ride against him but he still managed to ride Remco off his wheel and take back a bunch of time.

Five for Tadej in a Tour... One more than Eddy. I have a sneaky feeling he might race the Vuelta this year too. Three grand tours in a year has never been done, and it one-ups Eddy, Bernard and Chris who did it in succession.

Either way, there's still a day to go but I'm already looking forward to a proper fit, no Tour of the Basque Country crash Jonas, Remco and Tadej smashing each other next year.

Well he said he just want to finish safe tomorrow but then again he also said yesterday that he's gonna take it easy today so we'll see...

And yeah Jonas just wanted another stage win at least this year. Not gonna happen, hope he's back in top shape next year.

Any Idea why the Jumbo Visa team has been so poor this year?

Really hope Jonas and Tadej both pitch up fit without any Pre race crashes next year should be a cracker.

To take more time out of Remco.

That far out Tadej was never going to let Jonas on his wheel. He needed to know it was all over and the stage win was certain.

Watch the last km again 'tho... Didn't mind Jonas on his wheel for a bit then.

I'm thinking he'll give the Olympics a good go first. I guess it's not impossible that he rides the Vuelta as well, but I do doubt that.

I know WHY he was asking, I'm confused why he was upset that Tadej didn't want to pull.

Jonas rode really well today to drop Remco. I don't think Remco will be giving him a free ride like he gave him yesterday again though. That was a bit of naivety from the youngster.

Aah... Couldn't say why.

Perhaps he was trying to convince pogacar to race with him to go for the win?

Regardless, Jonas taught Remco a lesson and ofc pogacar is proving yet again he is the best rider by far this year.

Congrats Girmay and Carapaz too for their jersey wins. And Evenepoel I guess but imo the white jersey is pointless.

Who's gonna take the most combative overall this year? Between Carapaz and Johannessen imo.

Didn't Eddy win 8 in a tour?

He did, but the Eurosport commentators mentioned his best was four mountain-top stage wins in a single edition of the Tour and Tadej has five now.

Hehe I find it funny that Pogacar wins stages even when he "doesn't mean or want to". :D

Just shows how much better he is this year. Jonas will be back in top shape next year and hopefully Remco will come back better and stronger as well to keep up with them.
