^YES! The primary reason that people like reps is that they help avoid call centres.
 
So... QoS is advertised by Telkom on their website for their routers for absolutely no reason?
Oh, also, is it possible to set up a dynamic dns on the 2750U that isn't dyndns/dlinkddns? I'd like to rather use a local ddns provider like dyndns.co.za.
QoS is advertised as it is supported by the Router. It is still a feature of the router.
The DSL-2750U only supports the two Dyn providers you stated.
