Probably the usual suspects, in order for dps (roughly) CHD/CHC/RCR/Dex/CDR/AS.
The only big difference with UE is that you really want items with +Discipline that'll now give you additional damage.

We probably need more Vit/Res than we did with Sentries/the mass pets, since we get hit more (even with the UE buff that makes us take less damage)

I want to ask some question here:
1) Doing GRXX do you need a Templar or any of the other two.
2) When you run with Templar do you use Unity ring or not. You disrupt your two set items rings.
3) I have done a GR38 solo so far. How far can you do Solo without any help.
4) I always run out of hatred for some reason. GR37 and 38 very few health globes dropped. I always needed to backtrack.
5) I have Calamity so I want to use Sentries. How can i get them to fire properly with UE set.

1. Their damage isn't too important, but people use the Templar so that he can give you extra healing. Otherwise the Enchantress for attack speed (but UE doesn't really need that). But yes, they help
2. No. You shouldn't get close to mobs so that they can hit you. Once I get to 41 I get 1 shot by about everything. On 43 we'll get 1 shot even wearing Unity (and you probably won't make it to 43 while wearing it)
3. I'm still low for the season, 41 or so, other guys in the clan are on 43/44 etc. But I was still doing it without the templar, low gems, neck and a proper weapon, and nevermind some off items. Guys in Europe (low pings etc, with a lot more paragon) are doing around 54/55-ish now
4. Wait until GR44. The higher it goes the more you need to shoot enemies, and the more you will run out. You don't want to backtrack since that wastes time. Throw in more normal shots so it lasts longer
5. If you want sentries then go Mara. Without the set bonus they're not going to do much damage and won't boost your damage. You'll also only have e.g. 2 of them. Remember that you don't have to use UE. Last season I made it to 43 with Mara. With a Calamity, the new rings and the longer season I should have been able to make it to e.g. 45
 
@HowTo, I'm currently using Polar Station to proc the Bane of the Trapped 'cos I like using the fire elemental arrow rune (fear - the further the critters are from me the better - plus fire bonus) rather than frost rune.

I haven't tried to push higher GRs yet though so will have to see how that goes.
 
What are you DH's aiming for this season? Dinged 70 last night and already have 6 piece UE, but I feel like I would prefer Nats

Not Nats! Haha. Going by damage it seems UE > Mara > Nats, but I haven't tried them all with the new rings etc yet.

I think currently, with optimal gear, Nats > UE > M6. The Nats playstyle is somewhat alien to me, and I will only try it once I get an ancient Natalya's Slayer and some Calamity. I don't have the gear required, and have invested all my time into UE, so will stick with it until my Nats set has the stats I require.

Wudijo estimates UE max solo GR is 60, and Nats is 62. I don't know how he arrives at those values. Nats is also not so much dependent on rift RNG mob types as UE is.
 
Looking quickly at the Euro board I can see all 3 sets on 55...so they're pretty equal it seems.

I think I have 6 Nats including the ring, ideally would want 6 without it though.

Not sure about waiting for a Calamity lol. Odds are against getting an ancient one. But it looks as if you can use pretty much anything for a second, either a sack or another weapon (although obviously your dps will be a bit lower).

I think I'll just level a second DH to test it out with (already have my Ease), will be far easier than swopping gear/skills around like a crazy person.
 
I see guy that went to 56 is using a non-ancient offhand Nats. So I guess you could reverse it and use a non-ancient Calamity.
 
Yeah, with a plevel of 1100 you could be clearing GR40 in your underwear hehe.

I tried Nats, and I like it! It seems to work a lot better than UE when my ping goes to crap.
Overall I take a bit less damage than on UE. Doing damage I'm still probably a bit lower, but then again I still need the Strongarms, Rain belt and a set of Nats pants so that I can drop the Nats ring which is crap. Then also a proper set of shoulders.

After that, until I get my CDR up a bit a Zodiac/SoJ should be better than FaR.
 
Only real reason you need CDR is to keep your hatred up, and I do alright using Evasive Fire a little more. I've just got my helm gem + paragon and keeping up RoV is reasonably simple. I need to get a Nats bow though, without that I cant run FaR. That darn bow is going to be a major pain in the backside to get. But I got gifted a calamity, very awesome

I got lucky with an ancient Natalya as my first ancient weapon of the season, and I'm using an ancient Danetta at the moment as a secondary as I have nothing else.

I haven't solo'd anything > GR30 with it yet, but we ran up to GR47 in a 4man yesterday. With the Zodiac I had no problems replacing Evasive with Vengeance (which of course I'll have to undo to try FaR). Zodiac drops the CD on Wolf/Prep/Vengeance pretty well. The other mod is of course that I'm still using Reaper's Wraps (and maybe Blood Vengeance, although I think I dropped that), that might have filled in 1 or 2 Prep gaps.

If I get a pair of Nats pants I can compare the 2 ring setups better, the only difficult part is that on the one hand we want to test FaR (but with more CDR on gear overall), on the other hand say Zodiac+SoJ (but with less CDR and more damage gear).

I still have to level a Taeguk and/or Gogok as well.

I have a question if anybody could help

One offhand that has 34.6% to inflict bleed for 389% weapon damage.
The other one 7% damage against elites.

Which one of the two is the strongest.

I only got mine Sunday. Doing GR with animal and OoKZA.
