D3 dps Calculator

@Crusader

There could be a few reasons why your dps is 20k higher on the sheet. First off check your area dmg. If you have input any area dmg into the calculator, you will have higher dps.
Attack speed might also be a joint culprit here. Did you enter your weapon attacks per second as stated on the weapon, did you then enter your character attack speed as stated on the character sheet?

Yeah, realised how stupid I was after posting. The difference is due to the area damage being part of your total.

The AS you need to enter for your char is the % increase right?

If you take area damage out of the picture my sheet DPS in game and in spreadsheet differ by around 5k, which is close enough for me.

It's an awesome spreadsheet. Takes the guesswork out of rerolling stats now. Can check which stat gives the highest DPS gain much easier now. Thanks!

It is a pleasure. Those differences are strange and I am sure it is all in the attack speed fractions. Not something I am too concerned about hunting down though. As you say, it serves its purpose. Happy number crunching. :D

Yeah, as long as I can see that 40 CHD gives a higher boost than 100 - 120 damage or ias, I'm happy.
