D3: High Level Char Stats

Level: 60
Class: Wd
Armour: 3444
Dodge %: 14.6
Damage: 41421.05
HP: 6576

Retarded to only ask those stats.

Attacks per second : 2.30
Crit chance : 13%
Crit damage : 50%

I die to one shot regardless if I 2k or 20k hp. Heavy days.

Ok so after some playtime in Inferno Act 1 here are my stats

Level: 60
Class: Barbarian
Armour: 5.6k (7k with shield)
Dodge %: 14%
Resist to all: Varies. Highest 320, lowest 250
Damage: 10k (10.2k with 1h and shield :( )
HP: 21k

I still need to do a lot of farming but have decided to rest this char for a while. I've started a DH and Wiz as well as another Barb all of whom are having a much easier time :D As mentioned in another thread, I'm not to keen to have many more (I'll be optimistic) Legendaries drop only to have rendered useless when patch 1.1 goes live.

Phreeme you are avoiding the AH for the most part correct? Just wondering why I've got almost the same eHP as you do, and I havent hit inferno yet.

*Whispers* I bought a belt and gloves :D
I had to find items with +all resistence so spent a little over 100k. It gave me enough that I could semi survive but at the sacrifice of HP. I had the most Hp mid Hell (over 30k) but subsequently lost 10k for resistences. Watch this space though. I'm keen to see what stats Conan has when his stats are finally worthy of this thread :D

You are on the money regarding the AH though, I really want to find my own gear wherever possible. If it means farming Act 1 for 3+ months, then so be it. I'll possibly not finish Inferno for Ages. When I "finish" finish a game, a little of the sparkle of doing it all again disappears. The loot kept me hooked to D2, but D3 sadly has a lot to prove to me in that regard.

Ok, makes more sense then. But I'll say one thing, if you're running those stats you must be a machine. It must take a lot of perseverance and/or skill to get anywhere with that as a barb (although I'm sure the 10k dps is helping a lot)

Level: 60
Class: Monk
Armour: 2k
Dodge %: 35%
Resist to all: Highest 250, lowest 200
Damage: 14K
HP: 40k

Damage just feels so low compared to my DH sitting at 40k damage... with less gear...
Currently doing act 1 Inferno, though getting destroyed by several elite pack abilities. I feel that I just need 5 seconds more of surviving to down them, but with lowish dps it does take forever...
Soloed Leoric and the Big spider with no difficulties... Taking it slowly at the moment, gearing up on Resistances and hoping for a weapon upgrade or something to boost my damage (have a 1k dps weapon, but it just does not scale as nicely as other classes)

Lol, thanks bud. I sadly focus on damage mitigation or skills that heal. The damage is great.... Sadly I can tell I should be doing more though. I almost have boss-esque fights with some normal mobs :(

Suddenly I feel OP :D
Bud how does your monk have such low Armour/Dodge? Those go hand in hand with the monk? Not to mention the OP passive you have :D

Probably missing a lot of tricks still with my monk :) It's a wonder that I have cleared this far into act 1 inferno already. Still have some gear from level 40ish, so would explain the low armour. Dodge I just don't know why it is that low, but have to up my Dex quite a bit I guess.

1000 dex = 30% base dodge. Every point of dex after that only gives 0.01% more to dodge. Add on the evasion aura and you should have 41% dodge at all times, with 51% for 3 seconds.
Upping your armour to 3000 (which should be really easy) is gonna give you heaps more survivability (you should be able to take another 40k damage before dying)

Required passives:

Seize the Initiative + One with Everything... oh and you'll need a shield

Do you have a 1k dps 1h or 2h?

That would help indeed, was running with the healing aura (glyphed to increase life on hit by 190ish). So total life on hit for me sits at around 800 (450 weapon + 200 aura + 150 neck). Helps a lot on those plague/molten/desecrate mobs, but upping dodge seems like an alternative.

Still running with a 2H 0.95 attack speed weapon. High life on hit and trying to out heal the damage. Works 85% of the time, but some elite combo's just mow me down. Hence my thinking of upping my resistances to 500ish? Will probably switch to shield+1H if I find can afford a nice 1h with life on hit :) But eventually would like to play the 2H style, just needs to figure out how I am going to cope.

Remember that you do NOT dodge ground based effects like plague, you must physically move out of them. Frozen and arcane you can dodge though.
Also keep armour:resists in a 10:1 ratio

Frozen I tend to physically move away or pop serenity if at 3 stacks of Sweeping Wind (Blade Storm)

Full HP I'll pop MoE for the extra dodge chance and see if I get lucky, otherwise I'll move. Serenity I tend to use right at the end if I know I can finish it, otherwise you might use it just to avoid a frozen, and then get walloped on the head afterwards and die :p

Just got started in Hell and it seems my poor Wizard is getting owned by anything except regular enemies.

Level: 52
Class: Wizard
Armour: 2.1k (3.5k buffed)
Dodge %: 10.6
Damage: 6.6k (8.8k buffed)
HP: 15k

Level: 60
Class: Monk
Armour: 4.5k
Dodge %: ~40%
Resist to all: Highest 390, lowest 350
Damage: 13K (down from 14k) Life on hit also down from 500 to 200
HP: 44k

So upped my gear a bit, changed out to a shield and 1H as recommended. Act 1 is now a walk in the park and even did the first quest from act 2 (needing to avoid elite packs though :( )
A lot more defensive at the moment, so surviving a lot better, but taking longer to clear normal trash.
Guess I am stuck having to wait for the patch or grinding for more gold to get better gear for act 2. Really need to up my weapon and life on hit again. The faster 1H I am using now is off setting the 200 life on hit that I have lost, but I feel that I need to get back to 400-600 levels...

Bud when you reach Hell, you need to start looking at your skills long and hard. I thought my Barb was unbreakable until Act IV of hell, where I suddenly found the need to have a more "survivable" build. I saw a clip of a Wizard farming Act I of Inferno, the player used Diamond Skin(?), that skill that clones you and Arcane Orb as staple spells. I still don't believe in following another's build for success, but if you're struggling, give it a bash?
