D3: High Level Char Stats

I dont know what to say... defensively that barb is doing just fine and rend should keep you alive 95% of the time. I would probably drop revenge for wrath of the berserker however to down tough elites (CC immunity + huge damage). Maybe some lifesteal on your belt/weapon but its not needed. What will help a lot is pickup radius so that you get those healing globes easier
On the plus side - you've got tonnes of easy damage waiting for you, there is another 12% crit chance that you can easily get, up to 20% with some effort.

Yeap, like I said. I really started to value the importance of a good solid spec these past few days. Rend is really awesome though, absolutely love it, and on the other side of the coin I absolutely hate the cast animation of it, but oh well.

Sadly I can't comment on your build until I get home, but based on what Archer said, I'd say you should consider the advice of dropping Revenge for WotB. With your damage output, Rend can easily keep you alive and coupled with the innate extra dps of WotB - even greater if you choose the Insanity rune - Elites, with the odd exception, should pose few problems.

Technically the game should be about build diversity and using the skills you want to. So take that with a pinch of salt.

Edit: Just need to ask, are you using 2 x 1h or a 2h?

2h. A rather crappy one, but I got it for 5k so ;P

Damn man. I'm (buffed) 56k dps, 900-1000 resist, 8k armour and some of the creep in a3 is still just horrible for me. I'm in between changing specs though, and will hopefully find something that works. I also am in drastic need of new pants and chest :(

Damn those are pretty good stats, if all else fails, run the tornado whirwind build:p I finished inferno in the new patch, with 36k dps, 500-600 resist, 35k hp, and 1100 LoH without to much effort, but the build can sometimes be a bit of a pain in the ass if you're like me and play the game in snooze mode whilst watching a movie at the same time, have to keep an eye on your fury and cooldowns constantly:)

He doesnt have the crit chance for that yet (although getting the extra 10% he needs wont be difficult), and that DPS number is buffed after Battle Rage

Unless you have some serious numbers in strength, it can't be a half-bad weapon :D
The main reason I asked was due to Rend. The 2h will give you the max benefit though.... Assuming my memory holds, I'll take a look when I'm home bud.... you should run Act 3 easier than me though.

Oh okay yeah I can't open the profile link from work, my 36k is also buffed, but my buffed crit chance is 47%, so that also helps haha

Well I have ~20mil to spend on upgrades so, it's just a case of buying the right stuff ;)

I haven't played since the weekend, but what I noticed since the new patch is that prices are crazy seeing that people are getting a lot better drops, I would hold onto the money for another couple of weeks if I were you , just till the Auction House prices become more stable

On the other extreme I spend 35mil over the weekend to get another 50% dps while getting better HP, res and MF :D I was getting impatient to see a replacement weapon drop

You mad?:D I think the most I spend in one go was 10mil, some people have to much money:whistle:

Edit: But if I had lets say 50-80 mil just laying around, I would buy one of those 2 socket bows in a heart beat for my DH:love:

My gold had been sitting there forever and I couldnt get any upgrades. Then the patch hit, weapons got cheap and I thought meh, do I want to play the game, or be super rich and look at the AH all day. Then I realised 50% more dps!! Gimme gimme. So now I have 4 mil left :p

Anyone have some advise for my Wiz?

41k dps atm and I think I will start running blizzard with arcane orb instead of any "free" spell on om primary button.

I dont know too much about the playstyle, but you've got another 25% crit chance you could get, and 200 crit damage. A little bit of all resist will also help, aim for around 300 I say (more if you are not good at kiting/dodging)

Yes I'm really stingy with my gold, highly due to the fact that I've spend maybe around 10mil buying bad gear instead of saving for some good stuff. I stopped buying on impulse, but my fingers still start itching when I see green and orange labeled gear!

I am struggling to find cheaper equipment upgrades. I struggled to really improve an any one of the things I have equiped by a bit for under 500k :(

Am I not being realistic?

Shoulders, gloves, chest should be upgradeable for under a mil (again, not really into wizards/intel gear). But you are nearing the point where upgrades will likely cost 1-5mil. On my monk I managed to get pants, gloves, shoulders, helm for under 3 mil each. Think the chest was 6 and the boots 4, jewelry was drops and I cant upgrade them for less than 20mil :/ That should give you an idea of whats what

Cool, did shoulder change. Now I will try and find some new gloves. Saw some for around 320k that would bump my DPS with +- 3-4k.

ACT II is not a lot of fun atm without a tankish char on my team.

EDIT: I can Solo the Butcher easily enough though :o
