My guess is that skeptik has treated his councilor the same way he treats us here and the councilor wont respond to him. Im pretty sure most DA people by now have blocked or ignore him.

It isn't relevant. What it does highlight is that MP's are not accountable to their so-called constituencies. In this case the DA one.

The British system is far better since MP's are by rule, accessible and voted in directly.

Actually its entirely relevant. You are throwing around accusations about a DA MP, but you refuse to divulge his name.

I can only guess it is because your accusations have no basis in reality whatsoever.

I admit to nothing. You have jumped to a conclusion in your own little reality, whether it is right or wrong is your own problem. Yes I would like you to show me examples of this rabid defense of the DA...
