Look at the wonderful job your counselors have done in their million rand cars and multimillion rand houses with bankrupt constituency's.

No, I read the part where the ANC won it, but ANC councilors didnt report for work (which is normal for the ANC).. almost ever. HAHA.. the ANC legally had their asses kicked. Nice post DJtay, great to see the ANC getting owned.

I recently had the misfortune to deal with a few municipalities up north - Madibeng in Brits in particular. The municipality is under administration - they are incompetent, it is impossible to find the right person to speak to, they don't answer phones, it seems that people are rarely in the office. It's a disgrace. I was trying to arrange a bulk water connection to a town in the area - one that the municipality is contractually obliged to deliver (but can't because they are bankrupt). Sorting it out means additional rates and taxed for the municipality, and the completion of a multi-million property development. Incompetency is killing it.

All I can say is thank god I live in the WC where there is still some semblance of efficiency. To a large degree I can thank the DA for that.

When the DA does something (even if controversial) you can be pretty sure it's for the good of the people. Same cannot be said for the ANC, which is ironic as the ANC goes around saying they are for the people.
