just keep refreshing, it will download - took me 10 seconds to download - mind the adware!.

some copyprotections require that you disable you ide drives in order for daemon tools to "fool" the application. like the starforce stuff. you get that starfooker app that disables your ide drives for you, if you cant use device manager yourself.

i dont know why i said that, i know nothing of daemon tools :D
 
so my fake cd drive works, and then my actuall IDE HDD with the game on doesnt work, how does that work?

put the image on your hdd? :p oh yeah, you dont have to disable your ide drives for normal usage, only if you want to bypass some types of copyprotection.

well, the easy way to bypass that problem would be to get an external housing for your ide cd/dvd rom drive. then it becomes a USB drive and poses no problem for starforce protection.

once again, i have NO idea what i'm on about. pardon me.
 
After installing Windows XP64, I found Daemon Tools didn't work. No problem, check the website, they say they're working on it. Almost 4 months later its delayed by 2 weeks, no problem, still patient. Finally released AND STILL NO SUPPORT for Windows XP x64 :mad:
 
Yeah, it sucks when they say they'll do something and they don't. :(

Hello, adware question over here. What is adware? Sounds like spyware. Do you get ads put on your pc for animetronic blow-up dolls or something? Anybody?
 
its a spyware scanner, but ut has a tarnished reputation
