The more D3x opens his mouth, the more intellectually challenged he sounds.

School drug tests can happen at random, and is part of just about all schools policies. Kids should not be getting high, before, during or after school. When they are 18 and out of school they may do as they please.

One cannot argue this logic.

To assume a child who smokes at a younger age is going to be an issue as an adult, is ignorant and naive at best. Yes a child may grow up to be a delinquent, and another will grow up to be a successful CEO of a company. lots and lots of evidence to support this, and a lack thereof to support anything else.

Not following due process and all that aside, I think they do have a basis to expel him (and therefore deny his right to education, as someone here has put it). He could very well be putting other pupils lives at risk- I mean of course the type of drugs one can OD on, not pot. I know it isn't mentioned in the article, but it isn't that much of a stretch- marijuana is after all a "gateway" drug, no?

No.

The real gateway is thrill-seeking behaviour. Those who suffer from it always need to escalate (i.e. find new things to try) in order to maintain the same level of a thrill. The drugs themselves don't provoke this kind of behaviour, and you can often see such behaviour outside of the context of drugs. You might as well call alcohol the gateway drug or cigarrettes or oxygen.

so if a person has a personality type of thrill seeking, like for example they like to sky dive or go on roller coasters etc it is a gateway to hardcore drug use?

no not at all, you are the one who for whatever reason decided to attack another forum user, I am glad you are on the righteous path brother.

so then tell me, why do you feel the need to defend drug use and dealing, especially in minors if it is not to justify your own habits?
